1. Definitions

• "Platform": Reescu (operated by Revivaq Pvt Ltd).

• "Escrow Account": RBI-approved nodal account (ICICI Bank).

• "Dispute": Conflict over payment/work delivery.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be ≥18 years old.

• Freelancers must provide valid PAN/UPI details.

3. Escrow Process

For Clients:

• Funds transferred to Reescu’s escrow are held until:

  • Work is approved OR

  • Arbitration resolves the dispute.

• No interest accrues on escrowed funds (RBI compliance).

For Freelancers:

• Payments released only after client approval/arbitration verdict.

• 1% platform fee deducted post-release.

4. Dispute Resolution

• Raise disputes within 7 days of delivery.

• Reescu’s arbitrator’s decision is final (48-hour SLA).

• ₹499 arbitration fee (refunded if freelancer wins).

5. Prohibited Activities

❌ Chargeback fraud
❌ Fake deliverables
❌ Identity masking

6. Fees & Payments

• Escrow Fee: 1% of transaction value (capped at ₹500).

• GST: 18% extra on fees (HSN 998315).

7. Liability Limits

• Reescu is not liable for:

  • Service quality disputes.

  • Bank/payment gateway failures.

8. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Repeated disputes (≥3/month).

  • Violation of terms.

9. Governing Law

• Hyderabad courts have jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

• Updated terms posted on www.reescu.com/terms.
