Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service Commitments

Reescu facilitates payments for freelance services (design, development, content, etc.). Since no physical goods are exchanged:

• Freelancers must deliver work as digital files, links, or access (e.g., Google Drive, GitHub, Figma).

• Clients must approve deliverables or raise disputes within 7 days of submission.

2. Milestone Deadlines

• Freelancers set deadlines for each milestone (e.g., "Logo Draft – 5 days").

• Late submissions trigger automatic dispute alerts (unless extended by mutual agreement).

3. Delivery Proof

Freelancers must provide:
✅ Timestamped files (e.g., Google Docs edit history).
✅ Screenshots of completed work.
✅ Communication logs (emails/WhatsApp chats).

4. Disputes & Refunds

• Undelivered work → 100% refund to client.

• Poor quality → Partial refund (decided by Reescu’s arbitrator).

5. Governing Terms

• Aligns with Reescu’s Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
